PART 1: PLANNING TO SUCCEED
____1. I MADE AND UPDATE LONG RANGE, WEEKLY, AND DAILY PLANS REGULARLY.
____2. I HAVE CLEARLY IDENTIFIED, WRITTEN GOALS AND ACTIVITIES AND I USE THEM IN MAKING MY DAILY “TO DO” LIST.
